4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Contact DK Selects before returning any product. Do not send products directly to a supplier unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

5. Unboxing Evidence

For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect orders, we recommend recording an unboxing video. Photos or other evidence may also be requested to investigate a claim. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
